Coresupply Management and all its employees consider uninterrupted quality and customer satisfaction as an indispensable priority in the supply processes for the Space, Aircraft, Defense and other critical industrial sectors, all of which comprise our fields of activity.

This Quality Policy has been determined in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 standards, forms the basis of our company culture in all our operations and is based on the following basic principles:

We are committed to uncompromising compliance with all relevant national and international regulations, US federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS), customer specifications and industry standards (MIL-SPEC).

 

2. Controlled Procurement and Process Excellence

 

We prioritize managing processes in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and meticulously monitoring them by our audit team at every stage, from the start of production to delivery of critical materials to the end user. Our goal is to eliminate supply chain errors.

 

3. Customer Focus and Feedback Management

 

In accordance with the ISO 10002 standard, we are committed to proactively understanding customer needs, resolving all feedback and complaints effectively, transparently and quickly, and continuously increasing customer satisfaction with measurable targets.

 

4. Continuous Improvement and Risk Management

 

We are committed to implementing a culture of continuous improvement in all our business processes, closely following technological developments, and taking proactive measures by anticipating potential risks in the supply chain, thus ensuring operational continuity.

This policy is understood and implemented at all levels of our company and its sustainability of effectiveness is periodically reviewed our senior management.
